Leather Onlay: Art Nouveau Flower Here's a design that I came up with to work with onlays on leather. It's made up of six different colors of goatskin on top of tan Oasis goatskin leather. The technique involves paring the leather onlays quite thin and creating an impression in the damp base leather, then sanding the impression lightly and using wheat-paste to adhere the onlay into place, and then putting the whole cover into the press to make equal the leathers. This design has six colors of leather onlays and nine individual onlays. Crochet Necklace Art Nouveau Silk Cashmere Art Nouveau crocheted necklace inspired by Alphonse Mucha with shimmery platinum colored silk, white pearly silk flowers, light green in a silk/cashmere blend, and a medium cashmere green for the 2 large leaves.
