I don't really have a three-channel digital storage scope, but I do have a digital camera and the GIMP image editing software. This is a composite of two scope photos, showing (top to bottom) the audio acquisition process, the DSP convolution process and the 9600 baud serial output. Note how the serial output starts immediately after the first 550μs of convolution, and continues in parallel with the second convolution and the next burst of acquisition. This is because I've made the serial I/O fully buffered and interrupt-driven. Printing the trace messages was much slower than the DSP computations, so doing the I/O by polling was tying up the CPU for too long. Note the tiny glitch in between the two 550μs bursts of convolution, where the CPU is filling the output buffer with data before going on to the second convolution. I'm detecting two audio carrier frequencies here, one at 261Hz and the other at 440Hz.

'You look like an idiot, your tops creased' -Getting ready for a night out.

For a summer project from my university we was given the task to take 8 photos to portray 24 hours, However, we werent aloud to edit any of them and had to take them on the widest aperture. For my images I thought I would challenge myself as I knew we couldnt edit them so I had to make the images themselves interesting without having to rely on photo editing software. I decided to portray a typical day at home and took photos whenever I thought was appropriate throughout the day, My inspiration for these images was the photographer Richard Billingham who captured the plain and boring life of his family, when I showed my family what I will be doing they felt insulted yet liked the lazy and miserable family life being portrayed!
