The first time I heard this song was when my cousins were over in like 2006 or something and we were watching the movie "Shall We Dance" and there was a part of it where the song came up and one of my cousins and my brother made us rewind it because they liked it but I didn't! WOW, THIS PUPPY IS 70 YEARS OLD OR SO. I CAN JUST IMAGINE THE MUSIC IT'S HEARD! AND HERE'S THE GREAT PART, IT STILL WORKS! IT HAS A SLIGHT BACKGROUND HUM, BUT THE COOL TICK TOCK SOUND IS OVER THE TOP! THE RETRO FACE AND NEAT SILVER DIAL ARE JUST LOVELY. IT IS MISSING THE 2 SMALL BACK RUBBER FEET, HOWEVER IT STILL SITS NICELY. OVERALL IT'S IN WONDERFUL CONDITION. THE FACE HAS THE WORD "ELECTRONOME" WRITTEN IN A COOL ALL CAPS OLD FONT. THE BOTTOM SAYS "FRANZ ELECTRIC METRONOME" AND FEATURES A LOVELY OLD CHART. IT WAS COPY-WRITTEN IN 1938 AND THE PIECE WAS MADE IN NEW HAVEN CONN, USA.
