Life skills are a set of human skills acquired via teaching or direct experience that are used to handle problems and questions commonly encountered in daily human life.


The skills necessary for successful living. They fall into 6 main areas: self, family job, community, leisure, and spirituality. Life Skills coaches are mainly employed in settings where people struggling with dysfunctional behaviors can be found.


An individual's abilities in the areas of decision-making, money management, employability, and in relating to other people that help him or her meet challenges and live a healthy and productive life.
