Garlic tofu and veggie spaghetti
Garlic sauteed in vegetable oil and browned the tofu until the outiside was a little crispy and brown. Veggie spaghetti with sweet potato and zucchini in a kiri/creme fraiche sauce. Max ate all the spaghetti and 1.5 of the tofu patties. He really enjoyed eating those himself.
I'm working towards making the same dishes for all of us now. Tonight we are having Padd Thai and of course, Max can't handle the spiciness of that just yet... :)
