Baker bean kings Heinz has come up with the novel device after it emerged many office workers simply don? have enough time for lunch.
Now the company said this device is the answer to nation? changing eating habits.
British workers may be missing out on bonuses and promotions as a result of
the recession, but over 22 million workers are also missing out on their mealtimes due to the economic climate.
Some 20 per cent are simply too stressed to take time out for lunch according to Heinz Beanz research into the nation? eating habits.
With a new culture of ?ll work and no eat?emerging, it? no surprise that 78 per cent of workers end the day feeling lethargic and stressed.
Noticing this change in eating habits and to help time-pressured Brits, microwave expert, Gordon Andrews boss of GAMA Microwave Technology Ltd.,
and Technical Officer of the Microwave Association, has teamed up with Heinz
to create a prototype of what is believed to be the world? smallest portable microwave perfectly sized to fit a Heinz Snap Pot. The Beanzawave gives workers across the country a much needed helping hand to make some of their favourite hot snacks either on the go or at their desk by just plugging the microwave into the USB port on their computers.
Key features are that it measures just 150mm x 160mm x 190mm and thanks to the super speed heating, food can be ready to eat in under a minute.
It can even be plugged into the USB port of a standard laptop making meals on the go a true possibility.
Heinz spokesman John Alderman said: ?einz Beanz and Hoops Snap Pots are one of most innovative and successful new products launches in this category for the last two years, boasting sales of over ?2 million for Heinz. 3 tbsp of artificial sweetner powder (not really sweet enough for me but you will know why in a sec)
Spices of your own choice. I used a tbsp of ginger, half cinamon and a grating of nutmeg.

Soak bran in 8 tbsp of hot water. I used a strong small cup of coffee and made my cake not sweet enough.
Beat in eggs, spices and baking poder with sweetner.
Add to microwave proof container (It doesnt look much I know) and cook on high for 5 to 6 mins. I did 5 as I have a powerful watt machine and was done.

You can add extras to this base mixture, just all for the syns. Raisins, a sachet of highlights etc... Without extras this cut into 12 is 1 syn a piece or half a cake instead of 1 of your HEBs. I had mine today with a tsp of strawberry jam (obviously synned jam) and daughter had a tsp of choc spread with her pieces.
