06-27-fitness-toys! (366!/366!) This is it, kids. Through a year frought with computer problems that extended this project way beyond the original 366 days, I finally made it. To the end of a year that I look back on with varied feelings, mostly good. It seemed only right to denote a beginning at the end. We purchased a treadmill and a recumbent bike this week and I am stoked about them. I want this life change to be permanent and will work as hard as I can (while trying to ignore the naysayers) to do that. But more than that - I'm proud I made it to the end. I finished something I started. And it was good. And it was fun. And I will do it again - by stealing a friend's idea :) I'll take a couple days off, I suspect, but come Monday it'll be all right... 'Til then...xoxo The fitness center I now seem to live somewhere fancy enough that the apartment complex has a fitness center, but no shared laundry facilities. However, this does seem to be a rather common amenity now, probably resulting from competition. However, I am way more sore from assembling a single piece of furniture than cycling.
