A trainer is a piece of equipment that makes it possible to ride a bicycle without moving forward. They are commonly used to train for races, or when riding conditions outside are not favourable.

weave: to move or cause to move in a sinuous, spiral, or circular course; "the river winds through the hills"; "the path meanders through the vineyards"; "sometimes, the gout wanders through the entire body"
Move in or take a twisting or spiral course
a tendency or force that influences events; "the winds of change"
Training Wheels Off
The Trucker was unlocked from the trainer and taken out for a fast 13.5 miler tonight. 18 mph average speed. Not bad for a 36-pound bicycle.
Listening to: "Eagle Song" by the Imperials (1979). Never gets old.
I stood and watched an eagle fly
Spread his wings and soar across the sky
So gracefully he flew
Rising effortlessly
I wanted to know just how to be free
Tiny fingers curled 'round mine
Perfectly formed; new born
The image of two
Infinite mystery
I wanted to know were life comes from
What human intellect can't sway
Must be explained away
Earth wisdom, religions of men
Searched without end to find the spirit house within
Simplicity of God somehow escapes man
I reached for the eternal one
Creation he was waiting to reveal
His purpose in me
He said this is were life begins
I made your spirit to glide on the wind
Come let's fly on the wind
Come on let's fly on the wind
On the wind
How To Ride In the Snow #1
It snowed Friday and when I got up Saturday morning it was threatening. Who wants to do 70 miles in the snow? Tim lent me an old school trainer and I set myself up in the kitchen for a good four hours of fun. In the kitchen I get movies and a handy table for my snacks. Just no wind in my face. Bonus if you can identify the movie I've got playing.
