There are many systems for classifying types of motorcycles, describing how the motorcycles are put to use, or the designer's intent, or some combination of the two. Six main categories are widely recognized: cruiser, sport, touring, standard, dual-purpose, and dirt bike.

Ramp Trail
Accessible ramp down to the Yuba River in Gold Country, Calif. This awesome ramp along an accessible trail is built along the flumes that used to transport the gold tailings from hydraulic mining along the Yuba River. This is about 5 miles out of Nevada City on Hwy 49.
