Goodyear Blue Streak Tyres
- Blue Streak is a wooden roller coaster following the out and back design, and is the oldest operating roller coaster at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio. According to park officials, the roller coaster has given over 54 million rides since its construction in 1964.

Inside a Blue Streak ballistic missile
The Blue Streak missile was a British intermediate range ballistic missile (IRBM) designed in 1955. The project was begun in 1955 to ensure that there was a credible replacement for the V Bomber planes which would become obsolete by 1965. The ballistic missile programme was cancelled in 1960, however, to avoid costly cancellation payments to the Australian government and contracted companies involved the rocket was used as the first-stage of the European satellite launcher Europa. Tested at Woomera test range, Australia, the Blue Streak project was finally cancelled in 1972

The Blue-streaked Lory or Blue-necked Lory is native to Indonesia and found on the Babar and Tanimbar Islands.
They have brush-tipped tongues, like the Rainbow Lorikeet, to enable them to feed on flower nectar.
They are very affectionate and have a much softer voice than other parrots and make excellent pets.
Unfortunately, for that very reason, they are captured for the pet trade and are now classified as threatened.
