Randy and Dad, here is the trench mom and I dug from the sump pump that I was trying to explain to you both on the phone. We tried to slope it away from the house as best we could and filled it with small rocks so the mud wouldn't slide back in on itself. When the next big rain comes, I'll keep an eye on it and see if the water is running away from the house or continues to pool up at the exit point.
