The company I work for makes hand-made bath and body products. We also make hand poured candles in jars. We poured about 700+ Cranberry candles for The Bay ...... or Save On, one of the two, anyways.... There will be some spillage so the jars have to be cleaned. Using my GOOD hand, I scrape off the spills, then polish the jars with a bit of Windex. BUT, I have to use my bad hand to hold the jars. One would think that wouldn't be a problem. Well, after about 5 hours I started to feel some pain. An hour later I was done my shift and went home. I woke up at SIX (on my DAY OFF!!!) and knew instantly my hand was poofy. But I didn't expect it to be this poofy! I sleep with my splint on and wear it all day except when I shower or bathe. When I go to work Monday, I hope the candles are finished by someone else. I only got through 5 cases of 36 candles and there are 12 more to go. I won't be doing them Monday.

The night before our first apartment inspection. Also, coincidentally, St. Patrick's Day. That makes me wonder if the real estate company purposely schedules inspections the day after holidays so that people have to clean up their messes from the night before.
