A middling week for weight loss. On the one hand, I began losing again and came down from the horrible week last week. I even (briefly) hit a new low of 205.8 lbs. But then I bounced quickly back up to the 207 range, which seems to be where my body wants to settle. Not a bad place to be, but I still hope to reach 205 by my 1 year anniversary of biking & diet (June 1)
Planning to change up some things this week as I get back into the meat of the 100 push-up challenge and will also be adding crunches to my daily exercise regimen. We'll see if it makes a difference.
