Green Tea Cake
Airy green tea sponge sandwiches scattered chunks of sweetened red bean paste and copious amounts of green tea buttercream. Squatter, but at least a more substantial (although it won't feed an army) serving than before. This time, however, the colours of the green tea cake were a little more Hulk like although I'm sure it has nothing to do with the taste (still lovely). There was prominent matcha flavours but not so much as to distract (aka not bitter). The cake was mildly sweet, the buttercream pleasant, and the haphazard anko paste complimented in texture and concentrated flavours. 6/7 times (that's how many times I've been to LCM) I order it. :P

I liked to see little specks of matcha so I stirred in extra after making the glaze.
