Old Glass Baby Bottles

A Baby & His Bankie
Lion cubs love their bankies too! This little one is one of four at the Riverbanks Zoo in Columbia. The babies are on display behind glass while they're being bottle fed for about three weeks. Once they're too big for this area, we won't see them again until they're old enough to go out in the habitat. It was well worth the special trip to see these little sweeties!
Thanks to all of my Flickr Friends for their patience with my absence. I'm working on an exciting new project that I hope I'll be able to share soon. I plan to be back now for a while and will make my way around to see everything I've missed.
babe with bottle
A little shoot with my daughter, Poppy when she was 9 or 10 months old. I thought it was so cute, her perfect baby skin, the metal slinky, and clear glass bottle. All symbols of childhood ready to leave us so quickly.
