Bench Monday: June jumping edition...165/365
I found this bench (among several other decorated benches) last week while I was looking for someplace to shoot, so I had to come back for a Bench Monday shot. There was a guy across the street in the pizza parlor watching me, it was pretty funny actually.
I was on my way home from work and I'm in workout gear because I started this week with personal trainers. There are two personal trainers at work and one teaches a lunchtime class and the other teaches an after work class. It's a half hour of resistance training with free weights, three times a week.
For Bench Monday and June is for Jumping.
Bench Monday - the London walk edition / EXPLORED [25th April 2010]
I went for a walk last Saturday with Jen and Drew and we visited the Highgate West Cemetry, one of the oldest of London. Highly recommended!
Of course, there were benches everywhere...
