Heritage Rough Rider 45 Long Colt Rig

The Heritage Rough Rider 45LC handles well and has a nice fit and finish for the price. I got the 5.5 inch model with the old west distressed finish. The action is smooth and is well balanced. The grips are high quality cocabolo wood. It's a good choice for cowboy action shooting, not too expensive and a well made pistol. It also comes in a blued or stainless steel finish.
The Belt and Holster was made by Classic Old West Styles (COWS) from El Paso Texas, it came to me from the actor and cowboy action shooter who played Butch Cassidy on Pax TV's episode of Butch Cassidy Smartest or Luckiest Outlaw" from the series Encounters With The Unexplained.

45/365 - a Sun day

I spent pretty much the entire day today doing Sun things. Actually, not pretty much. ALL of today. I woke up at 10:00 and am just finishing up now.
It's "compet" time which means we're "auditioning" new photo staffers. Right now they're working on their portfolios as pre-compets so I had a first meeting with the not-sports photographers at noon, taught them the basics of photography and such, and then moved on to the sports photographers at 3:30 to do the same. I also shot some of the game I suppose. I wasn't really focused on it.
I then came home to download photos/sort things out, and research the wonders of Digital Asset Management because I really don't think the way we're storing photos at The Sun is the best way possible. Annnd that brings me to now. I'm tired now. Good night.

Oh, about the photo - taken from the bench while the players were out on the ice to recognize the seniors (it was their last home game). Of all the action shots and such from today, I liked the random assortment of gear the best.

Joe Thornton has gone five straight seasons with over eighty points including in 2005-2006 when he got traded to San Jose, we saw one of the best performances ever in hockey when Thornton registered a truly phenomenal ninety two points in fifty eight games! Joe Thornton has been one of the most consistent players in the league and is one the best at passing the puck.

This guy has one of the best open ice hits that I've seen in a long time. He reminds me of Scott Stevens. His grit is truly missed on London's blue line. We made our annual trip up to Hamilton and in true form Hamilton was LIT UP. The only disappointment for me was that Perry didn't smoke someone.

In 1964, after several years of accompanying hockey games in Maple Leaf Gardens, the Wurlitzer was bought by the newly formed Toronto Theatre Organ Society, and soon found a home in chambers, which had housed the original Casa Loma pipe organ. After a number of changes and additions, it was formally introduced to the public in February 1974, and enlarged to four keyboards and 19 sets of pipes.

Over the years, it became Canada’s best known theatre organ.

Here, the Korean captain is trying to explain to Julie Lucy-Ashton (AUS) that the Dutch player's stick had been caught in the sleeve of her jersey. Without the benefit of video replay, it appeared that Kim (#11) had deliberately trapped the stick of de Bruijn (#16) under her arm after they collided and fell to the ground. The video showed that de Bruijn's stick was stuck in Kim's jersey quite inadvertently, and de Bruijn had pulled her stick away, pushing Kim in the process and probably was more deserving of the yellow card Kim ended up receiving.
