The Chronicles of Riddick

What can I say? Vin Diesel. If this were the worst movie in the history of movie making, I’d still love it. But it was quite good, actually. Sort of like Conan in space, but with a much, much hotter guy in the main role. Vin Diesel. Ah, he could make a movie about him walking around in an empty room for two hours doing nothing and I’d think it was the movie of the year :). (oh, and this stays here until I see a new movie with Vinnie boy :)))

The book(s) I'm reading these days...
Right now I've got the new Terry Pratchett - "Monstrus Regiment". It's too serious for a Discworld book so far.

Ai Ain't Ded



No, I'm not dead, I'm just temporarily unavailable.

Oh, the excitement of the past few weeks.
I can't believe how some people just do it!
Here, M. and D. decided they've had enough of their fucking company and slaver diver boss, and they said, we're moving to Zagreb and getting jobs.
It took M. exactly 2 days to get a job.
2 days.
D. will most likely start working next week.
They found a great apartment, they moved in, they working, they got a cat – instant housing. In two weeks altogether from the day they said “Let’s go!”.
I was helping them and having coffee with them so that’s why I haven’t been around. Too much stuff to do.

I can’t believe it went so fast for them. It takes me years to decide to do one thing. They changed their whole lives overnight on a whim. Because it was time.

Amazing.

Out of date

I'm so out of date. I've neglected my blog, there's no excuse for my behavior.
Well, I got bored.

Anyway, I've got some sort of high blood pressure disease and I have to radically change my lifestyle. From eating to exercise. Damn!

I’ve discovered I’m an in-the-closet-hypochondriac/panicker. When I started hurting first, I thought, OMG, this is it, I’m dying! I’m dying, this is the end, I’ve got some terminal disease, I’ll get a heart.attack.any.minute.now.!
It’s not nice when your heart hurts. You get all sorts of ideas. And then you don’t know anymore if it’s your heart that’s hurting, or is it just an anxiety attack.

So I went to a cardiologist, and he said, you’re got high blood pressure – lose weight, eat healthy, exercise, stop smoking.
So, I did.
Wonder how long it will all last…
