Pan fried rib eye
1. use a good, hard pan (no nonstick BS); 2. let it warm up to room temp (20min); 3. salt & pepper (NOTHING ELSE); 4. very hot pan; 5. 4min. each side depending on thickness (med-rare); 6. pull it off, put a pat of butter on it and let it rest (at least 5min, pref 10); 7. Lucky 7 = ENJOY!
