I've done a couple of 8K+ runs now with the kit, it's always fun watching the pace slowly drop off as I head up hill (and usually in to the wind) on the way home. Fastest 5K is still 21'53", I've only tried to best it once and missed out by a couple of seconds, but had good pace at 4'25" /K. Try again tomorrow :)
Me & My friend Ali, we found an old milk crate, set up the camera on self timer and pranced about in this lovely field. Old people were watching us from the fence, I don't think they could see the camera so they must have thought we were strange/very very happy >.<
