Sweet potato soup with red beans and an egg
Recipe:
1.put the red bean and sweet potato into the cold water
2.heat the water which including the beans and sweet potato until it was boiled.
3.then keep the boilings at least 2 hours, the more the better.
4. boil an egg in hot water in another pot for 10 min, then peel it ,put the egg into the soup.
if u want something more sweet, u can add some honey into the soup.
