PSU power company, REC once again announced good results in the June quarter. This Navaratna company is considered as “conservative stock” but it is now moving to “growth stock” zone. REC provides funding support to power projects in rural areas. Government thrust will definitely helps REC going forward. REC which came to primary market (IPO) in February, 2008 is a safe stock for good returns for long term investors.
