Travel Charm Bracelet
I put this together as part of my birthday present to self a month ago. At this age, you just have to be shameless and get yourself whatever you want and that was what I did *grins* The bracelet is from Slawek and the charms represent the different countries I have visited and it took me some time to hunt for the right charms but it was worth every minute (even the waking up in the wee hours to ensure I win the bid on ebay). So for the fun of it, I will list the items below and see if you can guess the countries. Good luck :o)
From left to right:
6. Pointy Slipper (vintage):
7. Love Spoon:
8. Lil Mermaid:
9. Red Mailbox:
PS: Please note that these are charms that represent my travel memories so some of the charms may not make sense but it will all be revealed in a few days. Till then, be a good sport and have a go! :o)
Delft pendant
This is a pendant that I have been working on for a customer of mine. She had the cab and the windmill charm from her travels and wanted them incorporated into a pendant. Together we worked out the design; the X's are from the Amsterdam flag and are repeated around the bezel and in the bail.
This will hang from a strand of Delftware beads. Delft is a village in Holland between Rotterdam and the Hague.
Apart from the cab and the windmill, this is all sterling silver. It measures 3.25" long by 1.25" wide.
