"Metabolic syndrome"...Is this really a medical term? Anyway, I find the artwork a bit creepy. Here's a jolly man, maybe they are speaking to the prejudicial notion that "fat" people are jolly. Something else, too: it wouldn't work to depict such a person, unaware of the lurking danger, unless the person is a white male. Or am I as a white male being too sensitive here?
