ART ATTACK vol.3 - AWARDED AUTHORS

Over one hundred poems were submitted for the third edition of Art Attack poetry festival. Participant countries included: Russia, Estonia, Germany, Italy, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Albania, Romania, Greece, Cyprus, Turkey, Syria, Pakistan and South Africa.

The official jury has chosen the following 15 poems to be published in the poetry collection:

• Anastassia Vekshina, „All Saints' Day“ (Russia)
• Ryan Eric Lamb, „Trafficking“ (South Africa)
• Josipa Marenić, „Tri sekunde bez crne čokolade“ (Croatia)
• Maja Urban, „Američka“ (Croatia)
• Stanko Stojić, „Utišano srce“ (Croatia)
• Kristina Barać, „Uspavanka“ (Croatia)
• Slađana Šimrak, „Mi, lopovi“ (Serbia)
• Mitko Gogov, „Sve će jednom proći“ (Macedonia)
• Bojan Krivokapić, „To nisu moja deca“ (Bosnia and Herzegovina)
• Adnan Žetica, „Šćer“ (Bosnia and Herzegovina)
• Dijana Mujić, „Počeci“ (Bosnia and Herzegovina)
• Georgios Nikou, „Our Only Homeland“ (Greece)
• Adriana Balteanu, „My Mum Is the Best Cook“ (Romania)

Within a special category for elementary school children the jury has chosen to award Petra Marin from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Filipp Djatchuk from Estonia.

Awarded authors are invited to participate in the festival events in Zagreb (October , 2011). Festival organizers would like to thank everyone who participated in the contest and invite writers and readers, poets and activists to attend the festival!
