bravo rexi!!

Evo curke ujutro u 6 sam se probudila da bi u 7 išla trčati. Lagano sam se digla jer imam muskul fiber od treninga još uvijek. Otuširala sam se i izvagala (51.8kg-nebi da je bitno). Izvagala sam se jer želim vidjeti kako napredujem od jednog jutra do drugog, ali da vam iskreno kažem gubim volju za kontroliranjem težine. Sad ću se opustiti pa gdje me voda odnese. Ako mi se bude jelo jesti ću (osim ako nije iz dosade) pa ću se malo nadebljat i onda ću proći istu torturu kao i prije dvije godine. Uglavnom izašla sam vani u svojoj trenirci sa bocom vode, pljugama i I-podom. Prvo sam lagano trčala tek toliko da se zagrijem i onda sam počela joging.(nije mi teško jer svaku subotu sa trenerom po sat i pol trčim na maksimir)Malo sams e razbuđivala jer su mi se oči još sklapale, a vani je skoro pa bio mrak. I tako trčaram ja dobrih 20 minuta pa odlučih da si uzmem pauzu. Popijem si malo vode i zapalim cigaretu. Na klupi su bili današnji 24 sata, ali bez zadnje stranice (koja ej najzinimljivija) al nema veze. Malo sam si prolistala novine i krenula dalje.Odlučila sam da ću se idućih 30 minuta vračat prema doma.Na putu do doma sam srela frendicu koja je isto tako trčala, pa smo jedna drugoj umirale od smijeha.(JA sam jednostavno takva).Malo smo si porazgovarale pa smo odlučili svratiti do naše dvorane malo vježbati na vreći (zajedno idemo na box) i tako došle mi dole i eto ti sreće taman trener bio tamo. S njim smo proživljavali torture istezanja pa smo udarale vreću. Sve u svemu zakon. Nedavno sam došla doma (tj. prije dva sata tako nešto) i nisam još uvijek jela.Ali nisma ni gladna, jer me nabrijava činjenica da me ovaj trening dovodi na pravi put. Napokon ću imati čvrsto i zategnuto tijelo. I nekako sam sretna.
