Non return valve - Water diverter valve - Nefa tempering valve

Non Return Valve

non return valve

    non return valve
  • A check valve, clack valve, non-return valve or one-way valve is a mechanical device, a valve, which normally allows fluid (liquid or gas) to flow through it in only one direction.

  • Screw tip that allows for material to flow in one direction and closes to prevent back flow and inject material into the mold.

  • A valve which allows flow in a pipe in one direction only. One use of this type of valve is on the delivery side of a pump used to dewater a deep pit to prevent the column of water in the delivery pipe flowing back.

Fill Your Pool With Wireless

Chuck Heger-

The system monitors the water level of a swimming pool and when action is required, sends information so that a fill valve will open. Then it detects when the pool is full, causing the valve to close. The system also can be expanded to include automatic empty (perhaps due to heavy rain). The sensor is non-contact capacitive, combined with very low power techniques for long battery life. Installation is easy. If a person can hook up a sprinkler timer, they can up hook this gadget.

    pressure reducing
  • (Pressure Reduction) Reduction of interface pressure, not necessarily below the level required to close capillaries (i.e., capillary-closing pressure).

    direct acting
  • This term has several different meanings depending upon the device it is describing. A DIRECT-ACTING ACTUATOR is one in which the actuator stem extends with an increase in diaphragm pressure. A DIRECT-ACTING VALVE is one with a PUSH-DOWN-TO-C LOSE plug and seat orientation.

  • In direct acting solenoid valves, the solenoid plunger directly opens or closes the orifice when the coil is energized or de-energized.

  • Control output action which increases as the process variable increases. In the case of an alarm, a direct acting alarm has its relay activated in an alarm condition.

Canon EOS400D with Sigma 18-50mm f:/2,8. Panorama merged in Photoshop CS4 from 9 handheld shots at f:/7,1 1/320s @50mm. Processed to HDR in Photomatix Pro.

Still in Pozzuoli, we went from San Gennaro to the Solfatara. Among the 40 volcanoes existing in the Phlegraean Fields, I think this is the only one that hosts a camping inside the crater. This fact alone would be interesting enough, but when Tonino told me that the volcano was still active -dormant would be a better definition- I began to have doubts about the camping guests' mental health. Dormant means that it emits jets of sulphurous steam or fumaroles and the ground temperature is high enough to boil the mud. Nonetheless, don't worry: the Solfatara of Pozzuoli would be something like a security valve that allows the pressure of magma underneath the Phlegraean Fields to remain constant... What a relief!!!

  • A machine for washing clothes, bed linens, etc

  • washer: a home appliance for washing clothes and linens automatically

    safety valve
  • A means of giving harmless vent to feelings of tension or stress

  • A valve opening automatically to relieve excessive pressure, esp. in a boiler

  • a valve in a container in which pressure can build up (as a steam boiler); it opens automatically when the pressure reaches a dangerous level

  • A safety valve is a valve mechanism for the automatic release of a substance from a boiler, pressure vessel, or other system when the pressure or temperature exceeds preset limits. It is part of a bigger set named pressure safety valves (PSV) or pressure relief valves (PRV).

  • The safety valve is a provision in the Sentencing Reform Act and the United States Federal Sentencing Guidelines that authorizes a sentence below the statutory minimum for certain nonviolent, non-managerial drug offenders with little or no criminal history.
