Lemon dill salmon and roasted potatoes cooked over the fire along with some boxed couscous. Not pictured is the corn on the cob we also cooked over the fire and then devoured before our actual meal.

Coals With Hickory
Now to add the hickory chunks and the BBQ grille. I prefer to add the bigger chunks now, as once the grille is on you'll only fit the smaller ones in. You can now buy a Weber grille with lift up side sections so that you can add more coals and wood as you cook.
