First I want to say that Bootcamp is amazing and I am so motivated to keep on losing weight I would love to lose 10 more pounds!!!
I have tried every diet plan and they work but not a way of life. There is never that balance with them either your driking all your meals which is not healthy or eating certain foods. Diets only work for a limited period and I finally wanted to do something that was healthy and something that I can turn into my lifestyle.
I keep coming back to Bootcamp because of my instructor Andrea. She is the most motivating and inspiring instructor I have ever had without being mean about anything! I was scared for the first class that someone was just going to be yelling at me the entire class. Nope that did not happen, instead, I was doing things I never thought possible and Andrea was there every step of the way helping and demonstrating every move and also noting making my effort seem meaningless. I worked harder than I thought possible and wanted to push myself the classes are great and you work from start to finish but in the end the result is priceless.

Had a nice steady week this week, no plans for the weekend until we decided to get in the car and drive to see my lovely friend Jo in Southport for the opening of her studio. I can now pull any jeans from the wardrobe and get them on, what a fantastic feeling! Also, to celebrate Jos birthday there were cakes ... would have been rude to say no!
Weight loss this week was 3lb so I figured it was ok! 17lbs off now :o)
