These toy vans formed part of the Morris Motors Museum display at Oxford Bus Museum.

From Wikipedia : "The Oxford Bus Museum, of buses and other road transport associated with Oxfordshire, England, is in Long Hanborough, near Oxford.

The museum collection was established by the Oxford Bus Preservation Syndicate, who acquired a 1949 semi-coach in 1967. In 1984 the vehicles were moved to the museum’s present location on the site of the goods yard at Hanborough railway station, where covered accommodation was erected, being extensively refurbished in 2001 with support from the Heritage Lottery Fund. In the 1990s a collection policy concentrating on vehicles and smaller exhibits associated with the local area was adopted. Vehicles of the City of Oxford Motor Services Ltd, with its strong AEC buying policy and red livery, are strongly represented, from World War I to the minibus era of the 1980s, including a double decker sectioned to show its construction. Some 40 vehicles are on display, and there is a conservation workshop with public viewing gallery."

This title began publication in 1916, aimed at young owners of the Meccano construction system. Meccano also produced Hornby model trains and Dinky Toys, and the magazine carried features and adverts for these products. Publication continued until 1981, from 1963 with other publishers. Meccano and Hornby were Liverpool's own. This issue even has a piece on photography. The cover shows the Miller Arcade and a couple of buses, the first heading for Farringdon Park, Preston, Lancashire.

The building in the background with the clock tower, was Preston's old Town Hall that burnt down in 1947, the same year as this issue of the Meccano Magazine (see comments below - thanks to mrrobertwade (wadey)).
