okay, i'm on a nice long walk (which i sorely needed after eating an amazing breakfast, which i should have taken a photo of!) and i walk by "centraal cycle" (the spelling like the dutch--oh i love the dutch!) and what to my wandering eyes does appear (not santa and eight tiny reindeer) but a brand-new, absolutely gorgeous, olive GREEN bike!!! did i mention gorgeous!!!! and so i took this for red who commented on my old green bike photo!!! i love bikes, yes i do!!! and cows and the dutch and many other peoples and things and chocolate.
okay here comes the confession: i do NOT know how to ride a bike. no, i never learned, never. i was afraid and my parents where afraid that i would kill myself so they never pushed me. rats, big fat rats. so now i am ULTRA afraid but so drawn. i have dreams where i pedal along merrily with not a care in the world. so someday. i keep threatening to get an adult trike but everyone makes fun of me.

Her buddy moved up from a runbike. She wanted to give it a go too (been on the runbike for years), so I de-pedaled a hard-rubbish find. Her response?
"It's TOOOooooo heavy Daddy!" ;)
