Pasta with vegetables
1 carrot, cut in sticks
1 celery root, cut in sticks 1 small spring onion, thinly sliced or the green of the leek, again thinly slices 3 spoons oil 2dl tomato sauce 2dl water salt, pepper, chilli pepper, cumin, 190gr fusilli pasta Firstly, steam the carrot and the celery for 5 minutes. Put the 190gr fusilli pasta in 1/2l water to cook for 7-10 minutes. In a small frying pan add a tea spoon of cumin and fry it a bit. Put the oil in the pan. Add celery and carrot. Fry for 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce and stir it all together. Then add water, salt, pepper, ground chilli pepper and cumin. Stir and let simmer for 5-10 minutes. When ready, add pasta, add spring onions/leek and mix it all together. Mmm… delicious! |
