You stack it in layers and it is a great party food since you can prep everything and let people make their own. Here's the recipe:

Fritos corn chips
lettuce
brown rice
vegetarian chili (kidney beans, diced tomatoes, green peppers, onions, celery)
shredded cheddar cheese
diced tomatoes
green onions
sour cream

If you do it right it looks like a volcano and there is enough to share with two people despite it being for one person. LOL No matter how small a serving you try to give yourself it doesn't work, you always end up with too much but it is soooooo good.
