November 10th Letting Go / Control
Apparently we are addicted to our own good advice toward others. We cling to our notions and expect the advice to be cherished. We are advised to give it up and then let it go.
Well, I don't quite know how to view this. I/You did all that for you/me and then soon as my back is turned - no matter how profound my journey has been, no matter what assurance I have to give to you that my way is correct, there's always the rats end of survival in the way, huh? And you never feel you have survived well enough while keeping and cherishing in your hearts the tenets that I/You worked so hard upon, and verily, even fought for in deep canyons and 'cross the veritable Red Sea, without claiming that you must have "it" twice, whatever you have deemed it to be it." It" is just One, and you are all in illusory mode.
Still, I need to educate myself today and refuse to listen to another need until mine are met.
Fiff to you all.
Good Advice
I've noticed that people are always willing to give away freely that which they don't need (or is worthless), like their 2 cents. It seems the one thing you can always get plenty of is free advice. Most call the advice they so generously share, "good" advice. But if its so good, why are they so eager to give it away? Hmmm, I wonder how much some really good advice would be worth? - TMNK
