As I got him
no rear tire, motor, suspension, controls, brakes, gas tank, or seat. Why did I pay about $100 for this? I'd sold a 50cc mini bike and was wanting to make a scooter into some custom hybrid scooter/motorcycle. This 2000 Honda elite had a solid frame and a clear title, so after a bit of monkeying about with the price for various bits and pieces with the previous owner I got the title, frame, handle bars, front tire, and all the odd nuts and bolts for the scooter.
