Look at the chaos. I am in the process of trying to figure out the meal plan for three, yes three, seperate dinner parties that I am planning. I don't know when they are yet, I don't know what I'm making yet. All that I know for certain is who is attending them. What am I thinking? Three dinners...*sigh* I'm crazy.
So, I'm going through piles of cooking magazines, cookbooks, recipe books and more. I've got dozens and dozens of recipes bookmarked in those magazines (note the little fluorescent strips in them...those mark the pages of recipes that I liked or want to try) I should just be lazy and make the same meal for all three. LOL. Who am I kidding? I couldn't do that. I'd feel like I was cheating.

I always thought these magazines were for grown-ups. Definitely not something that would be directed towards someone like me. People who were adults, have homes & kids. People who cook...A LOT!
Then I realized, I may not have kids but I am an adult (where was I when that happened) and I do have a home. Sometimes I even cook! Maybe, just maybe I AM part of the demographic for these types of magazines. Maybe I AM finally old enough.
So I bought the magazine. Haven't really done much with it. Could not even tell you where it is. But I can tell you that I then went ahead and bought one for the month of December. That one is still in the bag. Somewhere.
