Salmon Dinner 2.0
Second attempt - SUCCESSFUL! I used the same basic recipe as before, only with pasta instead of rice, and I threw in some onions and broccoli.
Get 2 salmon steaks, 200g of shimeji mushrooms, 2 large eringi mushrooms, sliced, and one clove of garlic, sliced. Olso good are onions and broccoli.
Put some salt and pepper on the steaks. Put about 2 tbs of olive oil in the frying pan and heat it up. Fry the garlic until it's brown, then remove from the pan and set on a paper towel. Then, cook the other veggies in the oil until, well, cooked. Move those to another plate.
Wipe down the pan with a paper towel, and heat the pan empty for about 20 seconds. Cook the salmon on one side for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for one minute,
Turn the heat to low, return the garlic and veggies to the pan, and cook for another two or three minutes.
