Cookies N Creme Fudge!
Yummy!
Yep that's what this is :)
I made it Holiday style!
INGREDIENTS:
3 (6 ounce) packages white( I used 3 cups white chocolate chips)
chocolate baking squares
1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE
BRAND® Sweetened
Condensed Milk1/8 teaspoon salt
3 cups coarsely crushed
chocolate creme-filled
sandwich cookies
( 25 -30) cookies
DIRECTIONS:
1.In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt white chocolate squares, sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat; stir in crushed cookies.
2.Spread evenly into wax-paper-lined 8-inch square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
3.Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
Notes ...To make it colored (Christmas) I used about 20 regular Oreos and then around 8 red creme filled to add just a touch of color.
I cut each cookie by hand into 4-6 pieces and just added the cookie pieces into the fudge..Not adding all the very fine cookies crumbs so I wouldn't get a grayish look...You will get a very pink color if you use more or all Red Creme filled cookies!
I also added some cookie pieces on top as soon as it went in the pan!
Jessica's Graduation Cookies
Here is another portion of the cookies for the graduation platter. She is graduating from Watonga High School and has been accepted at Oklahoma State University (OSU). Not thrilled with my OSU logo (my kingdom for a KopyKake) and it didn't help that I'm a die hard Univeristy of Oklahoma fan and graduate, so this went against every fiber in my body to pipe!!! More to come!
