Natural Toys For Toddlers

Sweet Pea Chloe
I called this pattern of doll "Chloe Doll" after my beautiful daughter in braids (she's now in her teens and long done with braids).
"Chloe Dolls" are about 13" and were designed for toddlers. They are made in the Waldorf tradition with all natural fibers (wool, cotton, mohair). I stuff "Chloe Dolls" softly with wool, so they are extra-snuggly. The heads are like the doll maker's: surprisingly hard. The jumpers have velcro closures, so it is easy for wee ones to dress and undress the dolls. And not that YOUR child would ever take off the dress and misplace it, but for those OTHER children who would, the undressed "Chloe Doll" is still dressed, in a soft cottony velour body-suit and hat. The hat is sewn on over her mohair/wool blend bangs and braids.
Sweet Pea was made with love and wears a sweet pea (surprise!) print jumper (makes me all nostalgic for the days when I called my Chloe "Sweet Pea")

Zak August
Introducing the Zak doll. Yep, This one's named after my firstborn, the first recipient of a Noble Doll.
Like "Chloe Dolls," Zak Dolls are about 13" and were designed for toddlers. They are made in the Waldorf tradition with all natural fibers (wool, cotton, mohair). I stuff "Zak Dolls" softly with wool, so they are extra-snuggly. The heads are like the doll maker's: surprisingly hard. The clothes have velcro fasteners on the suspenders, so it is easy for wee ones to dress and undress the dolls. And not that YOUR child would ever take off the overalls and misplace them, but for those OTHER children who would, the undressed "Zak Doll" is still dressed, in a soft cottony velour body-suit and hat. The hat is sewn on over his curly mohair/wool blend bangs.
Zak August was made with love and wears a simple print cotton overalls.
