Electronic Experimentation - 1/365/2011
She's only three (actually- a month from four) but most toddler toys seems to have bored her for some time. This one is rather different. Erin got Delaney a snap circuit set that allows a ton of mini-projects to be constructed. This thing reminds me of something I played with in my seventh grade gifted program.
She certainly wasn't innovating and creating novel circuitry, but it was a kick in the seat having her run into the next room to tell me all about how when she asks me to "turn on the light in the bathroom... _____ happens." Awesome really. Frankly, I can now see that short video clips might need to be included in this project. Her explanations are grand.
Anyway, here goes project 365/2011...
#1 - My New Reality
The aftermath of my first Christmas with having a 2-year-old in the house. This is my new reality and some days it makes me a bit twitchy. I wouldn't want to change a thing, but there are days I get tired of falling over toy trucks and trains.
