Bryce Seton Vandergrift 2
Fred Cantu RIP Much Respect from Ms. D M M Pelletier, Bryce Seton Vandergrift's Mother.
VIDEO 2. Fred Cantu Jr. RIP "Much Respect" Who told the news Bryce was 16? He had just turned 15. DOB 09-09-94. The police found 4 to 6 unsecured weapons and ammo in the Cantu attic. There was talk of a third party. Nicholas Daniel Cantu, son of Fred Cantu Jr, was questioned by the police, somewhere along the way Bryce was blamed and framed for all the charges. Though Nick was charged also, Bryce was made out to be the mastermind, That is simply NOT POSSIBLE! Someone was being protected. Bryce was alone when read his rights and questioned. He was off his medications, his Thought Disorder was ungarded. No therapy for months to catch this and guide him? nothing for bryce... WHY? and why did it take my son being arrested for the Doctor to give him some psychiatric medications? The SAME Psychiatrist that was outside the jail, was now bryce's psychiatrist inside the jail! When Bryce was brought to Juvi, he was dissasociated, he was exsperiencing psychosis as it was triggered again inside Juvenile detention center. Bryce didn't know what he did, where he was and barely knew his own name. Juvi had to do the 5 strap down and 24 hour suicide watch. Nick was just fine. Now the same psychiatrist was precribing him heavy dosages of Prozac and Trazadone. And what ever else! Thou Bryce had started using illegal drugs heavily when he met nick in May 2009, the jails lab test came out clear-clean? The State Forensic Psychologist wrote, no drug use-abuse, though There is over 6 months documentation of it. She also wrote that bryce looks his stated age?!? Are you serious JWG? Drugs made his mind feel better, what choice did he have? The "defence team" force fed Bryce details and rerecorded Bryce confessing, until it was good enough. No matter how many times the tragic crime was rewritten, Bryce beleive he did what they told him he did. A mentally ill brain cannot handle defending itself against manipulation. Bryce's well documented history is his proof, that while on his treatment plan in the care of his mother, Bryce was doing great! And this is what those in control of the case "against" my son, would rewrite to read as if he had never been okay and they added that his mother (me) is nuts and this is what they hope will keep anyone from listening to me on behalf of my son. or to consider support or assist in an appeal. At times also fell into being manipulated, especially by the parole officer, the defense attorney and others in control of my sons life. I Will Not Give Up On My Son. {please do not confuse me with the Step Mom who is/was Patricia R. Vandergrift. Patricia and David L Vandergrift divorced in 2009. TY.seeking legal assistance for wrongfully accused and convicted minor child. Arrested at age 15? for Capital Murder, now 17 years old. Brainwashed to say, do, sign, agree to what ever his defense attorney wanted him to. Including a plea deal, guilty without reasonable doubt, Bryce's admission to this crime is a senerio that his defense fed to him. It didn't happen the way Bryce thinks it did. My Minor Son Continues to believe he did what ever the defense attorney wanted him to believe. Substanical Evidence Exist.
