Attorney For Credit Repair
Actively working to make sure that an individual’s credit report is accurate and up-to-date. After filing for bankruptcy, this is especially important so that debtors can rebuild their credit and get a fresh start.
Credit history or credit report is, in many countries, a record of an individual's or company's past borrowing and repaying, including information about late payments and bankruptcy. The term "credit reputation" can either be used synonymous to credit history or to credit score.
A generally unscrupulous or illegal form of credit counseling that promises the impossible, such as erasing accurate records from your credit report.

WE BOUGHT THIS HOUSE!!!
UPDATE 9/14: The washer is fixed. I've never been so happy to wash clothes.
UPDATE 8/8: When it rains, the roof leaks. Just a little. And the washer broke last night. We spent a good hour wringing out clothes and bailing out water from the washer tub. I am not fit to own a house.
UPDATE 8/5: Next week begins the first wave of renovations. Kyle's dad is coming to town to help fix our Death Deck and work on other various projects. We'll also be getting a brand new fridge, stove/oven, and dishwasher installed. Pictures to follow...
UPDATE 6/6: We close tomorrow. Everything is squared with the bank and the PTB. We're going to be homeowners....
UPDATE 5/16: Are we really moving out the city? Are we insane?!
UPDATE 5/14: What'll we do while we're waiting? Loan documents faxed, earnest money cashed, down payment stashed. All I can think about is taking down chair rail. After I had our attorney put down the smack, the repairs that came up in the home inspection will be completed, and we will receive a credit for some other items. We close June 7.
UPDATE: After hours of negotiation, our offer on this house was accepted! Even better, we received a (relatively) clean bill of health from the home inspector last night. Now our attorney will see what the sellers will do for us, and I can finish up the loan process.
