Green technology at the farm
Farmers are not (usually) the environment hating people that some people believe they are, many farmers believe that it's important to take care of the environment. Some farmers will try to use green technology whenever possible (if it's affordable).
This is one such instance, this electric cattle fence is powered by a small solar panel. I didn't realize the fence was electric until I accidently got buzzed the other day, OUCH! That's not a delightful sensation.
