Boston: The Beal Companies Grain and Flour Exchange Building
Established in Boston in 1888, The Beal Companies, LLP is one of the oldest and most respected real estate investment and development firms in the region.
The present generation of Beal began purchasing property in Cambridge and Boston in the 1960’s and 1970’s. In the latter part of the 1970’s, the firm purchased the historic Grain Exchange Building on Milk Street. This striking building is the only example of gothic architecture in downtown Boston and has won a number of awards.
