How To Repair Dvd Player

Do not do the same unless you know what you're doing. Switched power supplies, like the one in this dvd22 are quite dangerous to touch. Also be sure that you know how to solder things to printed circuit boards and how to handle electrolytric capacitors before even thinking of doing this yourself.
