Preliminary test for a webcam Jupiter astroimaging shootout between my Philips ToUcam, SAC-IV, Meade DSI, and Unibrain Fire-i imagers. This was a test run for the comparisson of my budget imagers to determine which will be my primary planetary imager.

This image is a stack of 120 frames taken with my Meade DSI thru my Meade 8" f/6.3 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope with a Tele Vue Visionary 3x Barlow. Effective focal length 3860mm. Effective focal ration f/19. The images were captured by nebulosity on my Apple MacBook Pro.

All frames were aligned and stacked using Keith's Image Stacker.
