Hammered Silver Tray

Beautiful large, over 2 feet in diameter, brass tray with chased and inlaid solid silver and copper accentuating the design. The origin is Arabia, but I don't know the meaning of the script. I would love to find out what it says. Found this at the Vancouver, GoodWill.
