The 13 1/2 Lives of Captain Bluebear is playful enough for young adult readers, yet as intricate and engaging as any work of literary fiction; it has the plot of a novel and the spontaneity and humor of a vintage comic book. The fast-growing cult of Zamonia will given a boost by the simultaneous release of Overlook’s hardcover of Walter Moers’s new book set in Zamonia, Rumo.

This guy is one hell of a guitar player. He is one of the 6 members of Molecules, a regular rock band playing in a local club called V Place in Davao City, Philippines. Somebody in the audience requested the perennial favorite GNR song "Sweet Child O'Mine". The song of which most rockers are familiar of is evidently a measure to guitarists on how well they play on the fretboard. This guy first played the Godfather theme with his teeth and literally grind on the strings when he noticed that I was taking snap shoots of him. Most local artists on this city doesn't like their photographs taken while they're performing. They are not used to emerging photographers like me having DSLRs pointing at them. But this guy surely loves the camera. The more I took pictures of him, the more he showed of his skills. When he got to the main lead guitar part of "Sweet Child", the vocalist of the group took his handkerchief and blindfolded him while playing!
