Lunch - 061807
Packed in a rush this morning since I was too tired last night and went to bed early (midnight). A little higher calorie that I thought it would be, but I'll probably skip the applesauce anyway, and bring it under 500 calories.
dinner: half of a grapefruit, half of a cucumber and an "al fresco" chicken sausage
you can get these chicken sausages at your grocery store where you find bacon. they're all natural and are pretty healthy for you. 1 link is around 130 calories. this one in particular is a hot wings flavored one.
