You can see the Queen Mary at a distance and the sidewalk that's been well maintained, the pier, and front of the Aquarium of the Pacific. Inside the aquarium is crowded with people on Saturday. You can bump into 10 people in 10 minutes that day. I bumped into allot of people by the way usually they said sorry first because I was moving very slowly at 260 lb 6'2" with large backpack on and large DSLR with battery grip and f/1.4 fast lens. Other than that, everyone outside was very friendly and let me know that my backpack was open which was hazardous to my fast lenses. The weather was great, and I walked from 11 am to 5 pm and had a good calorie-burn walks at the Belmont Shores.

Day 50: Lowest FBG to date!





A little victory - my lowest fasting BG number to date. Glad to see they are finally back in the 4's! Perfect! I have proper eating and lots of exercise to thank for this. Unfortunately, this was the morning of my fasting blood and urine tests. After a harrowing two hours which included taking public transport to the hospital and walking up and down corridors after gulping down a litre of water in an effort to pee, my BG dropped. I ate at the hospital and had a slightly more calorie & carb packed breakfast than I usually have, had my Metformin and am feeling fine. In any case I'll go for a run this evening and it'll help burn calories and rev up my metabolism.
